The 2012 Annual Spring Educational Conference of the Administrators in Academic Psychiatry will be held in Charleston, South Carolina on April 18th-20th, 2012. April 18th will be devoted to a board meeting.

Hotel Accommodations
We have reserved rooms at the Francis Marion Hotel. The hotel is located downtown on historic Marion Square where you have an easy walk to magnificent gardens, house museums, antique shops, restaurants and local boutiques. The hotel rises12 stories above the historic district which offers spectacular views of Charleston’s church steeples, antelbellum mansions and the famous harbor.
The room rate is $204 and will be honored from April 15th – April 21st; However, the 18th and the 19th are the only dates reserved for the projected total number of attendees. The rooms reserved pre-conference are limited to 5 – 10 for the same room rate and 10 – 20 rooms post conference.
Hotel parking is currently $17 for valet services and $12 for self parking.
Wired and wireless Internet access is available in guest rooms and throughout the hotel at no charge (exception is the conference meeting room).
